Calling lawmakers made simple

Many people are content to send emails and/or make comments on their legislators’ Facebook pages and Twitter feeds. However, it’s become clear that what many legislators really pay attention to these days is phone calls.

Not sure what to say or which topics are most important when you call? Here’s where the website 5 Calls can really help. Go to the website or handy app and put in your location.

You’ll find a list of all the current topics in Washington DC. ¬†There are¬†phone numbers for your congressmen/women and sample scripts for each topic to give you an idea about how to express your opinions when you call .
